CIoD Sectoral Groups

The Chartered Institute of Directors (CIoD) Nigeria has implemented significant governance reforms to align with the Establishment Act. Key changes include:

- The Governing Council has been reconstituted in line with the provisions of the CIoDN Establishment Act 2023.

- The Executive Committee has been dissolved: All Standing Committees of EXCO have now been recategorized as Council Committees.

- Transformation of Policy Committees into Sectoral Groups: Eight Policy Committees have been restructured into 15 Sectoral Groups to enhance advocacy and stakeholder engagement.
